Built by founders. Run by operators.

Tolomato Capital is a founder-led holding company based in Ponte Vedra, Florida. We build, own, and invest in businesses we believe can create lasting value.

We're operators at heart, but we believe the people closest to a business should have the autonomy to run it. Tolomato provides capital, strategic support, and shared resources while giving our company leaders room to lead.

What makes us different

Our approach is built on six fundamental principles that set us apart.

Steady Cash Flow, Not Speculation

We invest in sustainable, recurring revenue and strong fundamentals that compound over time.

Preserving Identity Over Integration

We protect what makes teams great. That means preserving the culture, values, and people that built it.

Entrepreneurial Thinking in Every Role

We cultivate environments where autonomy, initiative, and intelligent risk-taking thrive.

Growing Companies by Growing People

We invest in careers, build leadership from within, and treat personal growth as a strategy.

A Hospitality Mindset in Everything

We bring a five-star approach to customers, partners, and team members alike.

Building Stronger Communities

We're rooted in Northeast Florida and prioritize local impact that lasts.

Why Tolomato?

Our name comes from the place we call home.

The Tolomato River is the stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway that runs south from our home in Ponte Vedra to St. Augustine.

But the name goes back much further. Tolomato began as a Guale settlement on the Georgia coast, and when its people resettled near St. Augustine in the 1600s, the name came with them. The word is thought to mean "between the river banks."

We liked both the connection to this place and what the name represents: something rooted, enduring, and shaped over time.

That's how we think about building businesses, too.

About the Founder
Brad Morrison

Brad Morrison is the founder of Tolomato and an entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades building and operating businesses.

He founded Southpoint Media in 2004, GoWP in 2014, and Quickly Hire in 2023. GoWP and Quickly Hire remain under the Tolomato umbrella, where strong leadership teams now handle day-to-day operations.

Tolomato gives Brad a platform to do what he enjoys most: support great operators, allocate capital, explore new ideas, and decide what to build or invest in next.
